Associate Client Accountant/ Team Leader £60k- £65K + Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Benefits: Strong bonus, enhanced pension, private health + more The role: This role will be working across a portfolio of commercial assets. This is a fast paced role to manage a busy team of Client Accountants. Duties: Work closely with the Property Manager to set the Service Charge Budgets Calculate year end service charges and produce the year end accounts Handle the Service Charge re- charges across the portfolio Client reporting including standard reports as well as some bespoke reporting for clients on specific assets ensuring all reporting targets are met. Reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure Handling client queries in a professional and efficient manner, providing further assistance where necessary Liaising with internal real estate teams including Surveyors, Asset Managers to ensure all clients demands are being serviced. Management of client and property cash-flow and funding Liaise with relevant team to ensure all annual property service charge reviews are completed Attend client and internal meetings as and when required Maintenance of property & leases data on financial database Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar Client Accounting role highly desirable. Knowledge of Service Charge year end accounting Previous use of a property management system such as Yardi, MRI or Qube Good written and oral communication skills.
