The role: This role is responsible for all aspects of property accounting with a focus on financial reporting. You will be managing a high profile London portfolio. This role is in the office 3 days a week.
Duties:
Oversight of Service Charges, Rents, Voids, Recharges, Credits, Insurance Charges to Tenants / Occupiers or Clients
Preparation and submission of detailed Financial reporting in a client defined format –
Assist the Service charge team in the production and reconciliation of year end service charges across your portfolio.
Prepare service charge cash reconciliations
Strong Client relationship skills needed with the confidence to run client meetings
Authorise and Review supplier payments
Requirements:
Strong personality with client management skills
Good Excel Skills – Pivot Tables, V Look UPs, SUMIFs
Attention to detail
