Facilities Management – Helpdesk Administrator West End £25k – £30k Flex working available
The role: As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants, contractors and clients. You will manage work orders, coordinate engineers, and ensure that service levels are met efficiently and professionally.
Duties:
Dealing with property related request issues that come into the Helpdesk via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise easily with site teams and contractors ensuring accurate processing of quotations.
Maintain property portfolios data sheets such as ensuring contractors’ details are up to date including contact, access and keyholder details too.
Raise purchase orders.
Ensure site-specific files and documentation is valid and up to date.
Ensuring the Helpdesk system is managed and maintained in a timely fashion.
Provide any other assistance to the Facility Manager and the asset team.
Requirements:
Good level of education including Math’s and English.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills verbally and written.
Ability to build relationships with tenants, venders and clients.
Strong organizational skills.
