Client Accountant £35k- £45k + Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Benefits: Strong bonus, enhanced pension, private health + more
The role: This role will be working across a portfolio of commercial assets such as office space and retail units as well as some residential units. This is a fast paced role within a busy team of Client Accountants.
Duties:
Client reporting including standard reports as well as some bespoke reporting for clients on specific assets ensuring all reporting targets are met.
Reconciliation of service charge income and expenditure
Handling client queries in a professional and efficient manner, providing further assistance where necessary
Liaising with internal real estate teams including Surveyors, Asset Managers to ensure all clients demands are being serviced.
Management of client and property cash-flow and funding
Liaise with Asset Managers and Service Charge Accountants to ensure all annual property service charge reviews are completed
Attend client and internal meetings as and when required
Maintenance of property & leases data on financial database
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar Client Accounting role highly desirable.
Previous use of a property management system such as Yardi, MRI or Qube
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment ensuring strict deadlines are met
