The role: To successfully manage the client reporting and full year end service charge accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets. The role would suit someone with at least 5 years + experience in managing a commercial portfolio.
Duties:
Role duties:
Input of new leases, lease assignments and rent reviews
Monthly and quarterly rent raising
Preparing lease completion statements
Preparation of monthly and quarterly client reporting, some to include VAT return submissions to HMRC.
Input of service charge budgets
Client liaison
Liaising with tenants on queries, as required
Preparation of service charge year end reconciliations.
Requirements:
At least 5 year experience using a recognised property management accounts package.
Strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent organisation and communication skills, both oral and written
A professional and organised approach to work
A positive and helpful attitude within a team environment
