The role: To manage a portfolio of circa 25 buildings and the subsequent client reporting and service charge accounting.
Duties:
Maintain the property management system with Periods / Vat Periods / Property Expense Codes etc..
Maintain/Create Tenant / Debtor Records
Handle the raising of demands for Rent, Ground Rent, and client invoices
U??????undertake the Creditor Invoice Processing / Cheque Payment Processing as well as Daily Receipt Processing and paying invoices.
Implement service charge budgets and on account charges
Handle the Service charge reconciliation to include prepayment/accruals/apportionment and balancing charges
Undertake the monthly Bank Reconciliation
Monthly / Quarterly Actual Client Statements/ & Extracts
Client /VAT Reporting, including ad- hoc Excel Reporting to meet Client Specification
Process Management Fee Invoices
VAT Reporting and Payment to HMRC
Requirements:
Experience of working in a Client Accounting/Service Charge role
Experience of using Tramps
A proactive approach and a positive personality
Excellent attention to detail
