Property Management Accountant
London

The role: This role is responsible for all aspects of property accounting with a focus on financial reporting. You will be managing a high profile London portfolio. This role is in the office 3 days a week.

Duties:

  • Oversight of Service Charges, Rents, Voids, Recharges, Credits, Insurance Charges to Tenants / Occupiers or Clients
  • Preparation and submission of detailed Financial reporting in a client defined format – 
  • Trial balance, Cash flow forecasting, Balance sheet reconciliations, Operational statements, Accruals and prepayments, IFRS17 debtors , Variance Reporting
  • Assist the Service charge team in the production and reconciliation of year end service charges across your portfolio.
  • Prepare service charge cash reconciliations 
  • Strong Client relationship skills needed with the confidence to run client meetings
  • Authorise and Review supplier payments

Requirements:

  • Strong personality with client management skills
  • Good Excel Skills – Pivot Tables, V Look UPs, SUMIFs
  • Attention to detail
  • A customer focus work methodology
