Senior Property Cashier London £35k – £45k Bonus Flex working
The role: To work in a team of Property Cashiers and handle high volumes of receipts and payments. The role will be deputising for the Manager of the team so line management experience would be preferable.
Duties:
Downloading and processing cash receipts
Processing the payments using HSBC banking platform.
Maintenance of HSBC Virtual account Management system
Running of reports and opening and closing of deposit and service charge accounts
Handle reconciliations.
Assist with Training Junior members of the team.
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations for Property teams to trial balance.
Liaising with Tenants/Surveyors/Credit Control as and when queries arise.
Liaising with Bank to resolve queries.
Assisting and deputising for the Head of Treasury as needed.
Requirements:
Prior Property Cashiering experience
Experience of using a property management system
Mentoring or management experience
